From first meeting to move-in, our process is clear and straightforward:

2. Concept design — we develop the design direction and drawings.
3. Permit drawings — we prepare complete, code-compliant permit packages.
4. City approval — we submit and respond to examiner comments until approval.
5. Construction support — we review construction and support you through the build.
